Sign in with an account you already have. Prove you're a unique person without telling us who you are.
You sign in with Google, Apple or email. That is all you need to play. No phone number, no seed phrase.
Your passkey wallet
When you sign up, Face ID or Touch ID creates a passkey wallet for you. It holds your picks and your record. We cover the costs of using it, so there is nothing to pay and nothing extra to approve.
Verify you're human (optional)
Some things need proof that you are one real person: contests and the verified badge. For those, you can verify with a free check from a provider such as a passport scan on your phone, a Coinbase verified account or World ID.
Each step proves a bit more
Playing needs only an account. Contests ask for more proof that you are one real person, and you never have to say who you are.

We store a one-way code and the check result. Never documents, names, birth dates or face scans.
These checks are zero-knowledge proofs. You prove a fact, like "I am a unique person", without showing who you are. We get the proof. We do not get your name.
What we store and what we don't
- We store: a one-way code per provider that says "this person already has an account", and the result of the check.
- We never store: documents, names, birth dates, selfies, face scans or phone numbers.
Today and later
The blockchain Eightball Picks will settle on is not chosen yet. Stronger privacy features, such as keeping your pick history private while still proving your record, may come later. We will say what changes before it changes.
